• Listings: Property address, photographs, pricing, and descriptive information submitted by Space Owners.
• Bookings: Campaign details, advertisement content, and booking preferences submitted by Advertisers.
• Communications: Messages sent through our contact form, support emails, or in-platform messaging.
• Payments: Transaction records. Note: Adexpo does not store raw card data — payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment partner.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, features used, and interaction patterns within the Platform.
• Device data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
• Location data: Approximate location derived from IP address, or precise location if you grant permission in-browser.
• Cookies: See Section 6 for details on our cookie usage.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Facilitate bookings between Advertisers and Space Owners.
• Process payments and manage payouts.
• Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, receipts, account notices).
• Send platform updates, new feature announcements, and marketing communications — only with your consent, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
• Improve Platform performance, detect abuse, and ensure security.
• Comply with our legal obligations under applicable Indian law.

3. Sharing of Information

Adexpo does not sell your personal data. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Between users: When a booking is made, relevant contact and listing details are shared between the Advertiser and Space Owner to facilitate fulfilment.
• Service providers: We engage trusted third-party service providers (payment processors, email delivery services, analytics platforms) under data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or government authority in India.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy commitments.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Specifically:

• Account data is retained until account deletion is requested.
• Transaction records are retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
• Marketing preferences and communication logs are retained for 2 years from last interaction.

Upon deletion request, we will anonymise or delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Your Rights

As a user of the Platform, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

You may control non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the Platform.

• Access controls limiting who within Adexpo can access personal data.
• Regular security reviews of our systems and third-party providers.

The Adexpo Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
